The brand will offer a curated assortment of bestsellers in 20+ stores—including key flagship locations—and the full French skincare line will be available on UrbanOutfitters.com.Kylie Cosmetics will launch at Ulta Beauty at Target with a curated collection of the brand's most iconic and best selling lip products such as Matte Lip Kit, Tinted Butter Balm, and High Gloss.
